We ship to the 27 EU member states, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Prices include VAT where it applies, and the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders shipped outside the EU — and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which are outside the EU VAT area — are exported without VAT. Local import duties and taxes may be due on delivery; they are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Production time depends on the speed stated on each product, and carrier transit time comes on top of it:

Made-to-measure tailoring is made at the speed you choose:

Normal — 2 weeks · Express — 1 week · Express Plus — 3 days · Extra Express Plus — 1 day in the workshop (all + shipping)

You may return pieces bought as offered, without any configuration — in-stock pieces, and pieces made to order in a standard size — within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Try them on as you would in a shop and send them back with their labels attached. Return shipping is paid by you — unless the error was ours (wrong item, defect), in which case we cover it and make it right.

We refund what you paid, standard delivery included, within 14 days of hearing from you. The full conditions and a model withdrawal form are in our terms (clauses 5 and 10).

To start a return, write to support@baroc.studio with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on working days.

Pieces made to measure, and any piece you configured — cloth, lining, buttons or any other option chosen in the configurator — even in a standard size, are made to your specifications and are exempt from the legal right of withdrawal (Decree-Law 24/2014, art. 17.º(1)(c) — goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised). A garment made for one person cannot go back on a shelf.

For made-to-measure pieces, a promise that matters more — the fit promise:

If something is wrong with a piece, write to us. Every piece, made to measure and configured included, carries the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity (Decree-Law 84/2021); nothing on this page affects your rights under Portuguese and EU consumer law.
